Honest Clean Student

I need a Room.

I apologize in advance for the length, I just wanted to give you a feeling for who I am, I'd want to know everything I could before letting someone stay in my house. Happy reading.

I've been staying with my fantastic parents for the past 6 months. I was in a car accident this summer and lost everything including my living arrangements due to inability to work. I'm better now and I need to get back out on my own. I'm actively searching for work while collecting unemployment. I need a place to stay beginning in september. Sept 1 actually. I've picked a moveout date, so my parents can plan what they would like to do with the room once I'm gone (I'm pretty sure it's going to be a sewing room for my mom, lucky girl).

I'm unsure of what finances will bring for the first few months after moving out. What I need is a place that will give me 3 months leeway before requiring a monthly rent. I can pay at most $250 a month if absolutely necessary, I'd like to pay at least something. I don't like taking handouts.

I just need a place to lay my head at night and do laundry. I am willing to do yardwork, housework, laundry, babysitting. I don't take handouts very easily and I'm capable of taking care of myself. Paying for an apartment at the moment is something I am struggling with.

I've been doing construction with my father for 10+ years. I can fix just about anything. I can re-shingle a roof, anything you can come up with I'm sure I can get it handled in one way or another. I just need a place to stay.

Preferably a non-smoking family, I'm a christian. Born and raised, I'm very polite, quiet, clean and courteous. I have a great relationship with my parents, whom are still together after 25+ yrs. I have two younger brothers, whom I love and get along with great.

I love kids, and I get along with animals. They call me the animal whisperer I know it sounds cheesy, but I have a way with animals and small children. Ha.

I have two small maltise-shitzus they are the loves of my life at the moment. I am able to leave them at my parents house, though I would really like it if I was able to have them with me. They are house-trained, and don't bark nearly enough to annoy anyone. I tend to like them almost as much as they seem to fancy me.

I'm a smoker, though my goal is to be quit by the time I need to move. I'm taking this summer to quit, cold turkey is coming up here in... what 2 months. august. yes I'm quite excited. If for some reason I don't make it, I'm an outside with a smoking jacket smoker. Very discreet. I would never smoke, nor bring smoke smell into the house.

I rarely drink anymore, I've grown out of the party stage of my life, which was very tame to say the least.

Plans for the future, I'm enrolling and will start classes fall quarter at Bates technical college. I'm very interested Bio-medical equipment, and will be enrolling in a program that prepares me for a rewarding career working in the medical field, helping people, but not having to deal with the blood. Yuck.

What I need.

I need a room that's safe, clean and quiet. I need the financial end of things to be open for the first couple of months until I can get my feet on the ground with a solid job, and school. Once I get settled, I'm hoping to be able to pay 300-400 a month in rent. That's my price range, once I'm employed and I get my student loans.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kim needs a friend? I'm not sure if a super sexy male friend is the best idea. I remember reading something somewhere about screwing with temptation....
