Being the son, born and raised, by a Dad who started his own construction company in his early twenties. I've learned the importance of getting a good deal on materials. Especially when it usually makes up half of your bid. If you can bid at regular material price and get it for half that, you can either lower your bid or make more money. Either way this site is cool.The more I search it the more I'm realizing that it's really for small residential projects, possibly some bigger ones, but mostly small. A majority of the items are in new condition but are the left-overs from other larger jobs. Hence the discount, either sell it, or pay to have it dumped. Pretty easy decision if you ask me.
